About the Role:

As a ServiceNow Developer (Associate) in the Aladdin Engineering – Mission Control team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions used across the firm. This role involves developing ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, and customizations while integrating with other systems and ensuring high performance in production environments. You’ll also collaborate with global teams, product owners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and innovative technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, code, test, and support reliable ServiceNow applications and services.
• Develop and modify ServiceNow modules (catalogs, workflows, forms, lists, business rules, UI components).
• Configure and customize workflows, reporting, integrations, and third-party tools.
• Research and apply new ServiceNow features and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure development quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners during sprint planning.
• Use monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, and Prometheus/Grafana for diagnostics and performance analysis.
• Engage in clear communication with teams across geographies, ensuring timely delivery and feedback.

Requirements:

• A four-year degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation hands-on experience (ITSM module preferred).
• Experience in Python or Core Java (Spring Framework).
• Familiarity with object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and across geographies.
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and drive innovation.
